SunStake is building a marketplace that connects people who want to participate in solar with commercial buildings that have large, underused roofs.

We are starting deliberately: qualify one Manchester-area site, model the economics, work with experienced installation partners and prove that shared solar can create clear value for both participants and building owners.

Our aim is to make every project understandable. Site design, generation assumptions, fees, risks and operating data should be visible—not hidden behind broad sustainability claims.
